Bed Swing Warranty Disclaimer
All products on this site are custom made and customized per client. We provide a 1-year warranty against defects in manufacturing. Due to the nature of wood, The Bed Swing, LLC, does not warranty natural aging of wood, whether cracking or splitting, that occurs naturally in wood. The Bed Swing, LLC also does not warranty any damages caused by the consumer, damages to any other property, nor purchases made by a 3rd party. All warranties are granted on a case by case basis.

Cushions and Pillows Warranty Disclaimer
Sunbrella and Outdura Brands warranty their fabric from fading and normal wind wear for a period of 5 years. For the first 30 days after delivery of product, The Bed Swing, LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse any returns of pillows or cushions due to all orders are custom made and many items may not be resell-able because we do offer such highly customizable pillow and cushion choices. If a refund for cushions or pillows is granted within the 30 day time period it will be the customers obligation to pay a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping.

Cancellations
All products we sell are custom made and built to order. For this reason, we reserve the right to accept or deny cancellations of any order once placed through our website, thebedswing.com or the company, The Bed Swing, LLC, If any cancellations are accepted a service/restocking fee of 15% is applied and the remainder of monies received will be refunded.

Product Refunds
All of our products are custom made. We will refund the bed swings that are featured on our website without any customizations for 30 days after delivery on the basis that the swing is in the exact same condition as when it was delivered and on the basis the customer will pay a 15% restocking fee, as well as cover the cost of shipping the bed swing back to us. For the first 30 days after delivery of product, The Bed Swing, LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse any returns of pillows or cushions due to all orders being custom-made and many items may not be resell-able due to individual preferences in fabric choices. If a refund is granted it will be the customer's obligation to pay a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping.

Right of Refusal

The Bed Swing, LLC, reserves the right to fill any order and/or to refuse any order that may be affected by supply of goods, that may exceed our costs of goods, shipping or otherwise exceeds any costs associated with producing any goods associated with the order. If any order is refused for the above reasons, The Bed Swing, LLC, will give a 100% refund of the purchase price for each item not received..
